देश के भगवान आज बहुत ही अमीर हैं........!!!

इस देश के भगवान आज बहुत ही अमीर हैं,
चाहे वो फिर नेता हों या अभिनेता हों,
मंत्री हों या जनता के संतरी हों,
योगा सिखलाएँ या प्रवचन सुनाएं,
जनता चाहे इनके आगे नतमस्तक है,
पर यह बस सिर्फ सत्ता के ही करीब हैं,
इस देश के भगवन आज बहुत ही अमीर हैं.

भूखी है जनता पर गोदामों में अनाज है सड़ता,
त्राहि है मची पर इन्हें क्या फर्क है पड़ता,
भरें हैं पेट इनके, सारे बैंक बैलेंस भी भरे,
जनता को अब कौन देखे,
वो जिए तो जिए, मरती है तो फिर मरे.
बातें ही बस जिन्दा, मगर मरे सारे जमीर हैं,
इस देश के भगवान आज बहुत ही अमीर हैं.

मोमबत्ती भी जलाई, नारे भी लगाए,
राजघाट पर सोते बापू भी जगाये,
पर सोते रहना ही था जिनको, नहीं जगे वो,
देश है गिरा पर उन्हें कौन कैसे उठाये.
गिरना, रोना, आंसू बहाना,
अब यही देश की किस्मत, तकदीर है.
इस देश के भगवान आज बहुत ही अमीर हैं..!!

अधिवक्ताओ के नये चैम्बर और टिन शेड के निर्माण के लिए वाराणसी जिले के जिलाधिकारी को रुपये 50 लाख का चेक मिला :-

उक्त विषय की जानकारी के लिए हमारी समिति के संचालक व वित्त सचिव श्री अंशुमान दुबे, अधिवक्ता  द्वारा एक पत्र अंतर्गत जन सूचना अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 तिथि-16-07-11  को उत्तर प्रदेश अधिवक्ता कल्याण निधि न्यासी समिति, लखनऊ को भेजा गया|  जिसका जवाब हमारे समिति के कार्यालय में तिथि 01-08-2011 को प्राप्त हुआ| जिससे  यह जानकारी प्राप्त हुए की वाराणसी जिले के जिलाधिकारी को रुपये 50 लाख का चेक अधिवक्ताओ के नये चैम्बर और टिन शेड के निर्माण के लिए भेजा जा चुका है | 

उक्त दोनों पत्र निम्न है :-

 अत: उत्तर प्रदेश के सभी अधिवक्ता-बंधुओ से निवेदन है, कि आप भी अपने जिले के जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय में उक्त रुपये 50 लाख का चेक अधिवक्ताओ के नये चैम्बर और टिन शेड के निर्माण के लिए आया है की नहीं जानने का कष्ट करें और उक्त धन राशि का उचित उपयोग सुनिश्चित करे |

U.P. Chief Minister announces hike in their retainership fee, other allowances

“Fees of government counsels at district level being doubled, allowances hiked”

Lucknow: Offering sops to government counsels in the State, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati on Sunday announced a hike in their retainership fee, besides increasing other allowances.

“Fees of government counsels at the district level is being doubled by the State government and their existing allowances, including drafting fees, library and typing allowances, are also being increased,” Ms. Mayawati said while addressing a convention of lawyers here.

She said the retainership fee of district government counsels has been hiked to Rs. 6,000 from Rs. 3,000 and their fee for appearance increased to Rs. 1,100 per working day from Rs. 550.

Similarly, retainership fee of assistant/special counsels has been increased to Rs. 4,800 from Rs. 2,400 and their appearance allowance hiked to Rs. 1,000 per working day from Rs. 500.

The fees and appearance allowance of deputy counsels has also been hiked to Rs. 3,600 and Rs. 850 respectively.

The Chief Minister said that as per the decision taken by the government, nominated counsel or Nyaya Mitra will get Rs. 1,000 per working day instead of Rs. 500.

“An order to this effect has been issued by the State government,” she said.

Ms. Mayawati said the government counsels should ensure dedicated implementation of free legal aid scheme for the below poverty line card holders and beneficiaries of the Gareeb Arthik Madad Yojna, announced on the anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, on April 14.

Ms. Mayawati said the government had already announced that it will give Rs. 60 crore to the board of trustees for welfare of lawyers in the State and Rs. 700 crore for construction of new building of the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court.

अधिवक्ताओं की विधवाओं को 50 हज़ार रुपये की आर्थिक मदद :-

अधिवक्ता कल्याण न्यासी समिति ने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा अप्रैल-2011 में  दिये गए 60 करोड़ का प्रबंधन किया| जिसमें से 2007 से अब तक मृत अधिवक्ताओं की विधवाओं को 50 हज़ार रुपये की आर्थिक मदद की जायेगी जोकि मूल योजना के अनुरूप नहीं है, क्योकि अप्रैल-2011 की घोषणा में मृत अधिवक्ताओं की विधवाओं को पेंशन देने की बात कही गयी थी.....

हमारी समिति के संचालक द्वारा श्री अन्ना हजारे जी (Anna हजारे)  को एक पत्र तिथि ०९/०६/२०११ को भेजा गया था और उस पत्र का जवाबी पत्र श्री अन्ना जी द्वारा तिथि २२/०६/२०११ को हमारे कार्यालय में प्राप्त हुआ  है |

लोकतंत्र का मंदिर || संसद भवन

यह है हमारे भारत की आज़ादी का प्रतीक संसद भवन | जो हमें याद दिलाता है कि हमारे देश में जनता का राज अर्थात लोकतंत्र है |  पर जनता का हर फैसला सही साबित नहीं होता है |  यही कारण है की हमलोग यह देखते है कि हमारे लोकतंत्र के इस मंदिर में गलत लोग चुनकर आ जाते है, जिसके कारण लोकतंत्र का मंदिर दूषित हो जाता है | 

हमारे देश में जब कोई राजनैतिक दल पांच साल से ज्यादा सत्ता में रह जाता है अर्थात पांच साल के बाद चुनाव द्वारा फिर से सत्ता में आ जाता है तो उस राजनैतिक दल के नेता अपने आपको राजा समझने लगते हैं और फिर यही सोच भ्रष्टाचार की उत्पत्ति  का कारण बन जाती  है | क्रमोवेश यही स्थिति सरकारी अधिकारियो व कर्मचारियो की भी  है  उनको  भी  ये  मालूम  है  की जनता का कोई भी आदमी उनको नौकरी से नहीं निकाल सकता वो चाहे काम करे या नहीं | इन बातो को इस प्रसंग में करने का मतलब है यह है कि हमारे भारतीय लोकतंत्र में जनता की सरकार है पर हर तरह से सुरक्षित है यह राजनेता , अधिकारी और कर्मचारी और असुरक्षित है हर तरह से जनता और सिर्फ जनता अर्थात आप और हम |

अब वक्त आ गया के हम अपने सोच बदले और सही लोगो को चुनकर संसद और विधान सभा में भेजे ताकि राजनेता , अधिकारी और कर्मचारी के साथ जनता भी सुरक्षित रहे |

  New Delhi: Fifty years after the Advocates Act, 1961, was enacted, the Centre has decided to notify Section 30 of this Act to enable advocates to practise as a matter of right in all courts, tribunals or any quasi-judicial authority.
  This provision was not notified when the Act came into force.
  Union Law Minister Veerappa Moily told The Hindu that the long-pending demands of the lawyers had been conceded, and he had passed appropriate orders for notifying this Section early next week.
  Section 30 of the Advocates Act says: “Right of advocates to practice: Subject to the provisions of this Act, every advocate shall be entitled as of right to practise throughout the territories to which this Act extends; in all courts including the Supreme Court; before any tribunal or person legally authorised to take evidence; and before any other authority or person before whom such advocate is by or under any law for the time being in force entitled to practice.”
  Mr. Moily said: “I traced the file relating to this provision. For some reasons this Section remained in the Statute without being notified. I decided to notify this Section and signed necessary orders. The notification is expected to be issued either on June 7 or 8.”
  Expressing satisfaction over the progress in the implementation of ‘vision statement' launched in October 2009, he said under the programme to be launched from July 1, about 40 per cent of the petty cases pending in various courts were to be disposed of in six months through Lok Adalats and morning/evening courts.
  He said the 13 {+t} {+h} Finance Commission provided Rs. 5,000 crore for support to the judiciary and the first instalment of Rs. 1,000 crore had already been released for 2010-2011. The Finance Commission envisaged that all subordinate courts could have extended court hours by hiring retired judges or giving allowances to incumbent judges to dispose of petty cases.
  Such courts, he said, were to be established at a cost of Rs. 3.5 lakh each and they were expected to dispose of 225 lakh minor cases annually. In addition Lok Adalats were expected to dispose of 15 lakh a year and by 2015, a total of 75 lakh cases would be disposed of by Lok Adalats.
  Mr. Moily said he had written to the Chief Justices of various High Courts underlining the need for reducing the pendency of cases in courts from 15 to three years by 2012. He said he had asked the CJs to launch the campaign from July by fixing targets and types of cases for disposal.
  He had suggested to them to follow summary procedure as allowed by law, plea bargaining and compounding of cases to reduce the caseload in courts.
  On the progress in computerisation of courts, he said: “The government is implementing a Central sector scheme for computerisation of the District and subordinate courts [e-courts project] in the country and for upgradation of the Information and Communication Technology infrastructure of the Supreme Court and High Courts including video-conferencing facilities.”

30. Right of advocates to practise. Subject to the provisions of this Act, every advocate whose name is entered in the 1[ State roll] shall be entitled as of right to practise throughout the territories to which this Act extends,--

(i) in all courts including the Supreme Court;

(ii) before any tribunal or person legally authorised to take evidence; and

(iii) before any other authority or person before whom such advocate is by or under any law for the time being in force entitled to practise
