Tribute to Shri Mahendra Singh, Ex-President & Member of Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh

Adhivakta Pension Vikas Samiti & all it's members pay their tribute to Respected (Late) Shri Mahendra Singh (Advocate), who is also Ex-President and Member of Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh died on 10-12-2012 at Sir Sundar Lal Hospital, BHU, Varanasi at the Age of 75years.

He contributes lot for the welfare of advocate’s. May God provide peace and harmony to deceased soul of Shri Mahendra Singh.

अधिवक्ताओं में सेवा-कर के मुद्दे पर आक्रोश :-

समिति के सदस्यों तथा वाराणसी के अधिवक्ताओं ने सेवा-कर के मुद्दे पर प्रकाशित समाचार (हिंदुस्तान, वाराणसी, सोमवार, 28-11-11, पृष्ठ सं.15) को संज्ञान में लेते हुए एक निंदा प्रस्ताव "दी बनारस बार एसोसिएशन, वाराणसी" और "दी सेंट्रल बार एसोसिएशन 'बनारस', वाराणसी" में  दिया.....

        अगर आप समस्त सम्मानित अधिवक्ता बंधु उनके कार्य व अधिवक्ता कल्याण के लिए किये गए कार्यो से संतुष्ट हो तो सोच-समझकर कर अपने मताधिकार का उपयोग करते हुए उनको उक्त चुनाव में विजयी बनाने का कष्ट करें |

The Bar Council of India Earned Surplus from All India Bar Examination

बार कौंसिल ऑफ़ इंडिया को अधिवक्ता परीक्षा से 89,55,202 रुपये की आय आजतक  प्राप्त की है.
The Bar Council of India Earned surplus of Rs. 61,13,902/- form All India Bar Examination held on 06-03-2011 and Rs. 28,38,300/- form All India Bar Examination (http://www.barcouncilofindia.org/about/first-all-india-bar-examination/) held on 24-07-2011 but they are unable to inform us in which scheme they use this surplus.
